Marcos Brioschi, MD, PhD

Dr. Brioschi is a graduate in Surgery at the University Federal from Paraná in 1996. He earned his PhD in Surgery from the University Federal from Paraná in 2003. Dr. Brioschi has Post-doctoral at Hospital of Clinics of the University of São Paulo Medical School, Department of Neurology.

Dr. Brioschi is a pioneer in the clinical application of thermography in Brazil.

He is a specialist in general surgery and Forensic Medicine, with expertise in Trauma surgery and Clinical Thermology, which includes infrared imaging and thermography. He is also certified in Pain Management (SBED) and holds a Master’s and PhD in surgery, as well as a postdoctoral degree in Neurology from USP. As a CNPq researcher, he is affiliated with the Medic Pain Center at IOT-HCFMUSP. Dr. Brioschi has a particular interest in pain management, breast cancer, angiology, and surgery. He is the President of the Brazilian Thermology Society (ABRATERM) and is also the Editor in Chief of The Journal of Pan American Medical Thermology. Additionally, he is a Board Certified and Honorary Life Member of the American Academy of Thermology and is the Coordinator of the Clinical Thermology Medical Specialty at the University of São Paulo. He serves as the Medical Director of InfraREDMed and is affiliated with the Pain Center at the Clinic Hospital, University of São Paulo, Brazil.
